Counter top Nitrogen and/or Zero Air Generator. We were asked to redesign the current product which was constructed from heavy metal enclosure and convert it to a more cost effective design from plastic. We had to engineer all parts to be able to accommodate two different generators in the same enclosure. By converting the enclosure design to an all plastic injection molded version, we were able to reduce the overall wight if the product by 60% and cut the cost to production by 50%.
