This Cigar Preserver was our first product for a privet client. We were asked to design a dual chamber container that the user can pump out all the air from them in order to keep the cigars in them fresher for a longer time. The objectives were to be able to pump the air from both containers at one time, but preserve the vacuum on one side when the cigar is removed from the other. We utilize an Ultrasonic Welding technique to create the air tight chambers and we also had few parts molded with plastic and overmolded rubber to achieve the seal of the containers.
