This product presented to us one of the most challenging 3D modeling jobs. We had to design an exercise glove which will give the user the ability to flex all fingers at the same time or singly, without holding an object in his/her hand. This allows the user to experience a full range of motion of each digit to maximize the exercise effect. We designed the main glove with hooks to be able and accept different band with different resistance in order to surmount the level of difficulty. The bands and main glove over a molded portion were to be injection molded. We had to design this product in three to fit all hand sizes.
